We encourage our guests (if time permits) to take a relaxing stroll along the river front on Hugh King Drive, experience our local award-winning wines and enjoy bountiful local produce in the comfort of your luxurious apartment or indulge in Mildura’s Feast Street (Langtree Avenue, between Seventh and Eighth Streets).

Air Conditioning and Heating
All apartments are equipped with individual remote-controlled units, allowing you to adjust the heating or cooling to your preference it is recommended that you set your unit at 22˚c on warm days.
Internet and Email Access
The apartment offers Wi-Fi internet access free of charge within reason (Excess usage will be charged to the guest). Please refer to your access instructions for your Wi-Fi code.
Hairdryer
Hairdryers are provided in your apartment for guest convenience.
Iron and Ironing Board
All apartments are equipped with an iron and ironing board for guest convenience.
Keys/Key Tags
A reminder to please take care of your apartment keys/proximity tags, as a replacement fee will be charged and locks will need to be changed at the registered guest’s expense.
Mini Bar
Mini bar items are located in some apartments for your convenience.
Your Mini Bar items can be replenished daily upon request and usage will be charged to your credit card upon your departure and a receipt will be emailed on request.
Television
All local single and high-definition television free to air channels are available in your apartment.
Laundry Facilities
A washing machine and dryer is located in the guest laundry for your convenience; please follow machine instructions for use. A laundry hamper and complimentary sachet of laundry liquid is provided in your apartment (there are no laundry facilities available for the Langtree Studio apartments).
Parking
Allocated car parks are available for your convenience; Refer to your access instructions’ email for this information. Management advises that guests park their vehicles at their own risk.
Apartment Servicing
Apartments will receive a light service daily (except on Easter Sunday and Christmas Day). Penthouses and Homes are only cleaned on departure, daily servicing can be arranged for a fee upon booking or prior to arrival, same day requests cannot be approved.

We ask that you please kindly vacate your apartment by 10am sharp on day of departure and return your keys to the key safe/return box as per your access instructions before leaving the premises. If you wish to extend your stay, please contact Management by night prior (during reception hours only, security afterhours cannot take bookings or extend stays) to check out and we will endeavour to accommodate your request. Unauthorised late check outs will attract a late penalty fee as housekeeping will be delayed.
Settlement of Accounts
The account will be settled the day after guests’ departure. Any additional charges will be charged to the valid credit card or deducted from the bond (if total is greater than bond amount an account will be sent out).
Please note for all restaurant charge backs will incur a 3.5% administration fee to cover related charges.

Fire protection systems have been installed in all public areas and guest apartments in accordance with relevant building codes. All areas are fitted with smoke detectors.
No Smoking
For all guests’ convenience, Indulge Apartments has a strict non smoking policy. A penalty fee of up to $500 applies to those not observing this policy.

Please familiarise yourself with the floor plans located in your apartment.
Establish the route towards the closest fire exit which you would take in the
case of an emergency. Note the number of doors between you and the fire
